Delete your SmartCRM account

Applies to the SmartCRM Android and iOS app and the web application

From the app

Open SmartCRM and sign in.
Go to More → Settings → Delete my account (customers: Me → Security → Delete my account).
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your sign-in is removed immediately and you are signed out on every device.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email info@softurecsailabs.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my SmartCRM account". We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login, password, profile (name, photo, phone, email), device tokens, sessions and app preferences.
Your personal monitoring data (activity, screenshots, consents) if Employee Monitoring was enabled for you.

What is kept, and why

Business records you created for your Workspace (leads, tickets, invoices, notes, messages sent on behalf of the business) remain with the Workspace because they belong to it; your name on them is replaced with "Former team member".
Invoices, payments and audit logs are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years) and are not linked to a usable login.
Backups are overwritten within 35 days.
