SmartCRM brings a business's sales, support, HR and communication into one place: leads and deals, customers, quotes and invoices, tickets and live chat, WhatsApp and telephony, meetings, attendance and payroll, projects, field visits and an AI assistant that can answer questions about your data. The mobile app gives team members the same real data on the move, and gives customers a portal to see their invoices, raise tickets, chat and join meetings.
